Because state agency names can be entered on the Form 1295 certificate from a pulldown list or they can be hand typed into the form, a state agency name can be inconsistent for all submitted certificates.
To retrieve a more complete list of all acknowledged certificates for a state agency, enter the agency name without the leading “Texas”.
For example, if you want to retrieve all the acknowledged certificates for the Texas Water Development Board, enter “water development board” into the Government Entity search field.
