Instructions for Delivering Security Forms

For delivery of security forms (local filers do not have security forms) choose a method below:

  • EMAIL the signed PDF attachment to formsecurity@ethics.state.tx.us
  • MAIL the signed form to
      Texas Ethics Commission
      P.O. Box 12070
      Austin, Texas 78711-2070

Your form must be signed before it is sent to the commission.
